The App Store: Apple has opened up the iPhone platform to developers with the $99 Software Development Kit, which allows them to create new applications for the iPhone or iPod Touch and make them available for sale or free download in the App section of the iTunes Store.

go to Settings>System>Error Reporting> Disable Error Reporting.
go to Settings>System>Task Manager>Button>uncheck the second checkbox.
Download and install “Advanced Configuration Tools” (click HERE), run the application and change the values for “File System Cache Size” and “File System Filter Cache”.

Samsung Electronics has officially announced its new audio player K3. We mentioned the device late in November, however there was little info about it. Taking into account design, Samsung K3 looks like Samsung K5, but without the part with stereo speakers.

Earlier this week, Apple unveiled the second-generation iPhone with everything from GPS to very high-speed wireless connectivity. Along with a software developers kit (SDK) that will enable developers to create applications that are not web-based, but literal applications, things seem to be shaping up well for Apple.

Samsung officially confirmed today the style-driven U800 Soul b, a fashionable handset that broadens the Samsung Ultra lineup. The Soul b stands for Spirit Of Ultra in bar form factor. For the sake of preciseness, we've got to point out that the actual name of the device is Soulb. And the Samsung U800 Soul b clearly bears the Samsung Soul traits, as the keyboard layout, shape and all-metal styling.

Samsung Soul b is a feature-loaded handset with a brushed-metal finish. Its minimalistic design, mere 9.9mm thickness and 88.7g rank the phone among the most compact phones, being a tad better than Nokia 6500 classic. Other features that put the Soul b in direct head-on collision course with the Nokia 6500 classic are the 1GB built-in memory, and the bright 2" 16M TFT display with 240 x 320 pixels resolution.

T-Mobile is collaborating with pro skateboarder Tony Hawk to create a limited edition T-Mobile Sidekick LX, putting a personal design by giving it a skateboard look.

The bottom cover of the device resembles the top of a skateboard, including a texture like grip-tape and eight simulated screws. The Sidekick also features a slate-grey shell, accented with blue and white designs, and Tony's hawk graphic. A customized Tony Hawk theme will be included featuring a video of Tony performing tricks, a Tony-inspired background, and skate-themed swivel screen open and close sounds.

After 6-day down time, 56.com, one of the largest video sharing site in China, has another announcement on its website, saying that they are currently working on the maintenance of all video data, and performing a large scale system upgrade. No exact schedule of site return is provided. Previously, 56.com said the site down was due to server malfunctions.
