Sometimes in our lives, we will need the help of instruments. One such instance could be when we are running and jogging. It can be difficult to hold on to your phone and your progress monitor or heart monitor at the same time, while you are jogging. However, with the new revolutionary design with Samsung F110, now you can do both with one device. If you have Samsung F110, you will no longer need to carry a cell phone and a heart rate monitor separately. The phone is an artistic combination of both and it is designed exclusively for joggers, runners, walkers etc.
The first thing that grabs your attention as soon as you hold this cell phone in your hand is the fact that it is very easy to grip and you won’t drop it easily, even if your hand is sweaty. This special design is perfect, as you can hold the Samsung F110 in your hands and run at the same time without the fear of dropping it. IN addition, another thing that you notice right away is its light weight. The phone is only 80 grams, so you can easily tuck it in your shirt pocket or fasten it to your arm with a Velcro strap

The phone is only 80 grams, so you can easily tuck it in your shirt pocket or fasten it to your arm with a Velcro strap.
The fitness functions of the Samsung F110 probably out shadow the rest of its features, since it is specifically designed for people on fitness. Its built in functions allow you to measure your heart rate, the amount of distance that you have traveled, your speed and most importantly the amount of calories that you have burned. You can also hear your progress through the phones speaker as a built in voice (which you can change) updates you continually on your progress. (You can also listen to music while you are working out and if a call comes, the phone pauses other functions and goes into speaker free mode). However the fitness functions are quadrupled, when you plug in your phone to your computer and download all the data that it recorded during your jog. Then the comprehensive software that comes with the Samsung F110 allows you to analyze your speed, your pace, and the changes in your heart rate to give a more comprehensive idea of your workout. The software also displays statistics and graphs so that you can also see visually your performance. You can also receive suggestions and programmed workouts that you can do based on your past performance.
However, besides the fitness function, the Samsung F110 has average performance in its regular phone functions. It has 1 GB of internal memory and although it may be enough for some, there is no added SD Card slot and thus you cant expand its memory even if you want to. Also its camera is 2 Mega pixels but the picture quality is average on the images taken. All other factors are average such as talk time and battery time and it does not present a significant advancement in its phone features. Thus Samsung F110 is an average cell phone; but a phenomenal fitness assistant.
